My mom wants me to move?

Okay so my parents have been divorced since I was 10 but it did not really bother me until this year. I was born and raised in michigan, I loved michigan. My mom had this sort of promotion at her job and it requires her to move to California. Its a really great pay for a public relations job so yeah. Im 16 and since my parents divorced I have been living with my mom but I still see my dad like almost every day since he lives like only and hour from us. My mom expects me to move with her to Los Angeles but I have my friends and whole family here. How can I tell her I dont want to go with her without hurting her feelings.
