How to get rid of my dads girlfriend?

Ok so my parents got divorced about 13 years ago and I currently live with my dad and hes girlfriend who is just really mean. She is rude to everybody. She is mean to me and my dad and my dad does nothing. She is just a nasty person thats gotta go!
